How to Log Into a Teams Phone (AudioCodes C455HD)

This article will show you how to log into a Teams phone. This process occurs if you haven't used the phone unit before and need your account logged into it.

Procedure

Logging into the phone

1. If not done already, ensure the desk phone has a network cable plugged into the yellow plug on the back of the phone.
2. Once the phone has booted, you will see the phone asking you to sign in:
   
    
3. On your computer, browse to http://www.microsoft.com/devicelogin - you'll be prompted to enter the code on the phone:
   
    
4. Enter the code on the computer and click "Next"
5. You will be asked which account you want to log into with - select your @clinton.edu account.
   
    
6. Follow the login prompts and complete your multifactor authentication prompt.
7. You will be asked by the "Microsoft Authentication Broker" if you trust the device to register to your account - click "Yes"
8. You should now see Microsoft state that login has completed and you can close the window.
9. On your phone, you will see it registering to your account:
   
    
10. Once the phone is done registering, you should be brought to your home screen, meaning you have successfully logged into the device!
