Accessing your Acrobat Sign Sandbox Account

Summary

This article will cover how you log into your Adobe Acrobat Sign account. 

To recap, the Acrobat Sign sandbox environment is for creating, testing, and publishing documents to production.

If you have not been signed up for the sandbox environment, please reach out to IT@clinton.edu and request access.

Procedure

1. Check for an email with the subject: "Action Required: SUNY - ITEC invited you to Adobe Acrobat Sign"
2. Open the email and click the "Accept Invitation" button.
    
3. You will also receive an email with the subject "Get started with Adobe Acrobat Sign Sandbox"
    
4. After accepting the invitation and the getting started email, you may receive another email with "Verification Code" as the subject, which will be needed to access the sandbox environment.
    
5. You will now be logged into the Acrobat Sign Sandbox.
