Uploading Forms into Acrobat Sign Sandbox

Summary

This article will cover how you go about uploading existing PDF forms into the sandbox environment for editing and testing before you push them to production.

 

Procedure

  1. Login to your Acrobat Sign account and click the "Groups" tab.

  2. Click the "Production Sync" dropdown menu and select the type of formyou would like to upload into the sandbox environment (ex. Templates, Web Forms, Custom Workflow, etc...)Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  3. You may be prompted for your credentials to login and connect the Acrobat Sign account to the Sandbox environment.
  4. Once connected, forms showing "Local" are in the Sandbox, whereas forms showing "Remote" are in the Sign production environment.

  5. Hover over the form in "Remote" you would like to place in the sandbox environment and click the "Copy" or "Copy As" button.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  6. If you click the "Copy As" button, you will be prompted to rename the form - otherwise, you will receive a "Request Successful" message.

  7. The form will now appear with the local forms.
  8. Click the "Manage" tab, then click on the type of form you just uploaded to access it.
