Summary
This article will detail how a user can setup and utilize the software that has been installed on all of the printers. Below are collapsible panels - click on the bar to expand each one of them.
Note: Pharos Secure Cloud utilizes your Microsoft 365 credentials for first-time authentication. Afterwards, you will use your newly assigned pin to log into the printers.
Procedure
User Panel Experience (at the printer)
- At the printer, you will be given a login prompt - tap on the textbox, enter your passcode, then tap "Login"
- On the main screen, you will see a screen that allows you to do the following:
- Print All - Releases all print jobs currently held.
- Review Documents - Opens the pending print job list.
- Scan Document - Allows scanning a document to your email, OneDrive, or Sharepoint.
- More Device Functions - Loads the native printer applications (Copy, Scan, etc... Used for more advanced scanning and copying)
- Sign Out - Ends the user session and returns to the login screen.
- On the "Review Documents" window, you will have the following functions:
- Refresh - Reload the job list.
- Select All or Unselect All - Toggles the selection of all jobs.
- Delete - Remove a print job from the queue.
- Print Options - Access finishing options (stapling, hold punching, etc...)
- Print - Release a print job.

If you do not have the Pharos application on your computer, please contact the IT department at IT@clinton.edu so that they can get the application installed.
